Creating the Dots

During my ideation phase, I attended every event in town, seeking inspiration and direction. One memorable event was organized by YourStory, featuring a talk by Mr. Sanjay Anandaram. He said, “Even a grandma should be able to understand what the startup is doing!” That really struck me.

This period was a profound learning experience. As a techie, I was initially shy about talking to people and networking. But as Steve Jobs famously said, “We can connect the dots only backwards.”

I realized that creating dots is just as important as connecting them.

At the time, I had an INR 80,000 ($1200 USD) monthly EMI and a bank balance of INR 7,00,000 ($11,000 USD). My parents and sisters were skeptical about my path. 😅

But I believed in my hard work and relied on my tech experience.
