Today, December 6th, 2024, marks an important milestone as I bid farewell and say “Thank you” to my beloved company, NTTDATA.

My journey began on January 2nd, 2017, when ActOnMagic’s intellectual properties were acquired by NTT Netmagic. My co-founder, Sumathi, and I joined NTT to shape the MultiCloud Launch. Together, we built connectors for Azure and NTT Netmagic, transforming ActOnCloud and Cloudureka into the MyNTT Portal. The Trusted Fixer module evolved into Policy-Based Governance. These achievements were made possible with the incredible support of bigger, global teams who welcomed me as a friend and collaborator.

The past seven years have been phenomenal, filled with unique experiences. From participating in the DC launch and presenting at all-hands meetings to training pre-sales and sales teams and collaborating with teams across the UK, Europe, Japan, and the USA—I gained invaluable knowledge and trust along the way.

NTT Netmagic, NTT Ltd, and NTTDATA offered an open, growth-oriented culture that allowed me to thrive. The company provided wealth—not just material, but opportunities to travel, forge friendships, and find “me time” to discover my true self. I am deeply grateful for the enriching journey and the thoughtful farewell I received.

I wholeheartedly thank Sharad Ji, Sunil Ji, Shekar Ji, Avinash Ji, Mulay Ji, Iida-san, Kiku-san, Hosono-san, Deepak Ji, Prasen Ji, Moiz Ji, and all the senior management, HR, finance, travel, marketing, and sales teams. To every NTTian and friend I met along the way—thank you for being part of this incredible journey. I also apologize if I have inadvertently caused any hurt during my time here.

Life offers few opportunities to bid farewell to our loved ones, whether in the workplace or beyond. Each workplace transition is a rehearsal for life’s ultimate journey—a reminder to live meaningfully and mindfully.
