The Power Of Prototyping

In 2013, I left Citrix to start Giftiy.com, an online platform ensuring children receive their desired, unique birthday gifts rather than repetitive ones.

Back then, in50hrs provided a space for entrepreneurs to bring their ideas to life over a weekend. I built Giftiy.com during one such event, after a rigorous voting and vetting process. Huge thanks to Vijay for successfully running these events.

Prototyping taught me invaluable lessons, which I later recognised as essential principles of the Lean Startup methodology.

With guidance from my mentor, Mr. Balaji, I reassessed my direction and core strengths. I eventually set Giftiy aside and founded ActOnMagic Technologies, launching two products: ActOnCloud in 2014 and Cloudureka in 2016.

I am deeply grateful for how everything has turned out.
