Blessings of the Guru and the Journey Within

Earlier this week, our beloved Guru, Satguru Bodhinatha Veylanswami, visited Bangalore to participate in the launch of BSMP. For every devotee, meeting one’s Guru in person and receiving His darshan is truly a dream come true.

We feel deeply blessed to have received Samaya Diksha from our Guru, Satguru Bodhinatha. It’s heartening to witness Gurudeva’s spiritual family in India growing slowly and steadily. Each devotee is grounded, humble, powerful, and ever willing to help—an inspiring sight indeed.

In Saivism, receiving mantra initiation (diksha) from the Guru at the right time transforms one’s inner life. If you are someone on the quest to discover who you truly are, the first step is to find the right Guru meant for you. As the timeless saying goes:
“When the disciple is ready, the Guru appears.”

And remember—there is no hurry. Just as a plant naturally becomes a tree, each of us is gently and silently growing from within.

This July will mark one year of iraivan.me—a humble space where I share reflections on spirituality and startups. The decision to move away from the corporate world and pursue HabitZup full-time has been nothing short of a blessing from our Guru Parampara.

Thank you deeply for your support and encouragement on this journey.

Closing Quote

“Guru is Shiva without His three eyes, Vishnu without His four arms, Brahma without His four heads. He is Parama Shiva Himself in human form.”
— Kularnava Tantra

Verse from Saivite Scripture

“Without the grace of the Guru,
Neither mantra, nor tapas, nor scriptures bear fruit.
But with the Guru’s glance of grace,
The Self is revealed like the rising sun.”

— Tirumantiram, Verse 1492
